Salon Policy

  • Dreamweavers’ ultimate goal is to satisfy all of our customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the services that we provided, please inform a stylist or our receptionist before checking out. Once you leave the salon you have 24 hours to return to our salon to have your service redone. Unfortunately we do not offer refunds on our services or products. We only offer store credit. Dreamweavers offers express weave services. All of our weave services are guaranteed to lay flat.

  • You will be charged an additional fee if you use one pack of hair, or more than two packs of hair. There will also be an additional charge for single tracking, splitting your tracks, or reusing hair. Your stylist will inform you of any additional charges before beginning every service. You must bring two packs of hair. We recommend 100% human hair as it yields the best results.

  • Arrive with your hair shampooed and blow dried, and free of oil, other hair products, and dirt. We do not wash hair at our salon. If your hair does not meet our cleanliness standards then we will not perform services on your hair.

  • Dreamweavers is not responsible for tender or sensitive scalp, injury to scalp due to tight braiding or from the weaving process. If for any reason you experience discomfort or severe pain please return to our salon within the 24-hour time frame and we will remove and/or redo the service with no additional charge.

  • Dreamweavers recommends that any weave service performed by our salon be removed at our salon. Dreamweavers is not responsible for hair loss due to weave removed outside of our facility. Please notify our staff if you have any health condition that can affect being serviced at our salon.

  • Once you make an appointment at Dreamweavers make sure that you are present and signed in at the exact time of the appointment. If you are late or leave the salon there is a possibility that you will lose your place and you will have to make a new appointment. If you need to leave the salon for any reason once a service has started, you will have to leave a $20 deposit.

  • Dreamweavers cannot guarantee that customers will get the same stylist every time. Customers may make requests for particular stylists, but it is not guaranteed.

  • Dreamweavers waiting area is reserved for customers waiting to be serviced. Styling chairs are reserved for customers receiving a service.

  • Dreamweavers does not allow children or men in our salon unless they are receiving a service.

  • All animals and pets are prohibited from Dreamweavers. Except for animals certified to help humans. Customers under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian or have services approved by a parent/legal guardian.

  • Dreamweavers accepts cash, money orders, debit cards, and all major credit cards. We do not accept checks. Dreamweavers requires that our last customers prepay for their service.

  • Dreamwewavers is not responsible for lost or stolen items left in the salon.

  • Loud talking, vulgar language, smoking, and overall inappropriate and disrespectful behavior are prohibited in our salon. Dreamweavers reserves the right to refuse service at any time and for any reason at our discretion.

  • Dreamweavers will not provide services to any potential customer who refuses to sign and accept our store policy.
